Hello there, my name is Elsa Vasquez, a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach but most of all a Devoted Mother and Wife, and a Spiritual Gangster.
I have been aware and curious of the wonders of the body since an early age. I danced for many years until I left my country, Venezuela, to travel, study and work in Moscow, Russia. In 1995 we came to the States. It was then when my passion for fitness took a turn. I was mostly a participant in classes for a long time. In 2010 I started to get fitness licenses, certifications and continued education credits. I have worked for Country Clubs and Fitness Corporations like 24Hours Fitness, LA Fitness, YOUFIT Health Clubs, Strike Gym Martial Arts Gym, Busy Body Fitness Center, and the JCC in Boca Raton, Florida. Each and every place and each and every person made me the Instructor and Trainer I am today. The journey never ends and we are always learning and growing. My family and I had visited Breckenridge, Colorado before and "day dreamed" about the possibility of living here the rest of our lives and surround our son with a friendly and accepting community. Our dream came true and we are now live in Breckenridge, CO. I am currently working at the Breckenridge Recreation Center and also for the Summit School District as a Family Liaison and Interpreter.
